My contribution. Brought the integrated project-information system live, migrating approximately 27,000 records with a traceable source for each row.

What changed. Reporting gained a shared foundation, with zero refresh errors at go-live.

Find the discrepancy
before the sale.

When drawings and sales records disagree, the team needs to know where and by how much.

2,500 m²sellable-area shortfall identified across 33 plots

My contribution. Rebuilt land data from source drawings and reconciled the geometry against the first release's villa sales inventory.

What changed. The discrepancy was visible before sale, giving the team specific plots and areas to investigate.

    She returns an unsupported reference. Ahmed corrects it; Sara accepts the corrected submission, and the progress score increases.

    The operating approval remains open. Accepted tests do not, by themselves, establish readiness to open.

The useful answer: the tests are accepted; the next action is to follow up the outstanding operating approval with Khalid.

Site intelligence for development projects, now an application in preview: the satellite passes of the last few days over a site, its dated high-resolution history, the programme against what is built, and a one-page brief for the board.

History shows the archive’s capture date for the site wherever it has one. Visible change is evidence, not a measured quantity or a percentage complete. The public demo sites carry sourced figures; workspaces are private and by invitation.

Nyx is my local AI partner. An open-weight model runs on a 128 GB DGX Spark on my desk; she answers on Telegram and in a console, reads Power BI models, drafts charts and dashboards, reviews documents on a local reading desk, and rehearses a reporting change on synthetic rows before anything live is touched. Private material stays on the machine.

What runs today · for a closer look

Every tool ships with a drill that must be able to fail, and the recorded run is the evidence. The film illustrates the direction; its one-request flow from a file to a finished report is still being qualified. A 90-second measured trial on the lab page shows a real build: a people dashboard from seven synthetic files in 77 seconds, with the blocked first attempt kept in the record.
